David Ebert is the Principal of the firm. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and established the firm in April 1982. He has a wealth of experience in various areas of practice but with an emphasis on conveyancing, wills and probate.

David is a family man, born and bred in Southampton, who attended Itchen Grammar School before graduating in Law from London University. He is now a Governor of Itchen College, and a founder member of West End Business Association.

Caroline Dale is the firm’s Conveyancing Manager and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She was born in Southampton and attended the Atherley School before moving to Cornwall to train in Law specialising in Probate and Conveyancing. She returned to Southampton in 1985 when she jointed David Ebert & Co. She is a past Chairman of the local branch of the Institute of Legal Executives.
