Divorce and Separation

We have many years experience in handling Divorce and Separation cases. Our cases have ranged from the more straightforward to the more complex, including cases in which pension rights and private business interests have been involved. Our matrimonial caseload is overseen by David Ebert who has many years experience in this field. The person with day to day control of the caseload is our matrimonial executive, Anne Virgo who again has many years experience and many successful cases behind her.

Our family department prides itself on the fact that a lot of our work is received  by way of  recommendation from past clients.  We like to feel that each client is given totally individual attention and we will deal with all divorce and family matters sensitively and as strenuously as each case requires.  Past appreciation comments have been received such as “you helped me take control and not feel intimidated during what was an extremely emotional time of my life”.
