David Ebert qualified as a solicitor in 1977 after graduating with a LLB Law Degree from London University. He established the firm of David Ebert & Co in 1982. He has extensive experience in legal practice over a range of disciplines. More recently as the law has become more complex and specialised, he has focused on the private client areas of convayencing, wills, probates, powers of attorney, matrimonial work and related matters. David is a local man educated at the former Itchen Grammar School and has long standing connections in the local community.
Caroline Dale was born in Southampton and attended The Atherley School, until moving to Cornwall. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1985 while working in Cornwall initially in the disciplines of Criminal Law, Probate and Trust and Property Law ultimately specialising in Residential Conveyancing. She was appointed as the firm's Conveyancing Manager in 2003 and brings very considerable experience and expertise to her role.
Chris Dittl is a conveyancing executive assisting David Ebert and Caroline Dale in residential conveyancing cases. She has many years experience and provides a valuable and effective back up to ensure that clients cases' are dealt with as effectively as possible.
Anne Virgo is a matrimonial executive with upwards of twenty years experience in divorce and separation cases. Many of her cases have involved complex issues and requiring technical expertise. She makes it a priority to handle her cases strongly but sensitively at what is a very emotional time for her clients.
