We provide a Wills advising and Will writing service. Writing a Will need not be at all daunting or expensive. Most Wills are fairly straightforward, but we have the expertise to deal with different cases and also those involving higher value estates. As part of that service we will give advice concerning Inheritance Tax planning where appropriate.

Probate
Probate is the process under which most estates are dealt with after someone dies. Expert advice is often needed to obtain a Grant of Probate and then administer the estate.

It is usually easiest for the executors or administrators of the deceased person to instruct solicitors to deal with these for them.
